As we continue to bring you the best in soldering & rework systems, we’re proud to announce a major update to the ADS200 AccudDrive® System. Starting in the Spring of 2024, the ADS200 will now be called the ADS200 PLUS. Through redevelopment of the entire thermal cycle, from power source to tip heater cartridge, the ADS200 PLUS is now more responsive when higher thermal demand is required in the soldering process, as well as offering improved thermal recovery. PACE is happy to provide these enhancements at no extra cost!

Introducing the NEW Cool Touch™ TD-200 Tip-Heater Cartridge Iron
Beneath its sleek dimensions, comfortable ergonomics and cool touch, the TD-200 makes continuous production soldering effortless. With an ultra-short tip-to-grip (1.9"/48mm) and comfortable ergonomic design, the TD-200 dramatically reduces grip stress and operator fatigue, while delivering precision operator dexterity, especially when used under a magnifier or microscope. The TD-200's aluminum Cool Touch™ handle stays cool and comfortable even during extended production use. And with PACE's new AccuDrive heating technology, this iron provides accurate tip temperatures, heat-up/recovery, and high-capacity heating - all at safe low temperatures.
The TD-200 is capable of delivering instant heat-up & recovery, whether it's a delicate
micro-soldering application (0201's), or high thermal mass application (D-Paks).
Instant SetBack Cubby (ISB)
New Tip and Tool Stand for the TD-200 and TD-100A handpieces. The Instant SetBack Cubby (ISB) automatically lowers the temperature when the TD-200 is placed in the stand. This will greatly increase tip life as well as save energy. The Tool Stand features a new wide-angled mouth that allows the operator to easily insert and remove their soldering iron while still being able to hold it securely. Each Tip and Tool Stand allows for safe and secure holding of either handpiece, hot tips, Tip Tool, Water Sponge, Cleaning Brush and can be mounted to the side of of the PACE power source. The unit incorporates a low abrasive dry wipe made of fine metal coil that won't drop tip temperature, cleans better than conventional sponges, won't damage your tips, and allows for removal of caked on/burned-on lead-free fluxes and oxides. The Sponge/Water Well is still included, but not really necessary! Each Tip and Tool Stand is constructed with heavy duty, corrosion resistant metal.
