The MBT450 represents the next generation of all-in-one, rework systems from PACE. With a bold new design, user-friendly software, and a brand-new Hot-Air Handpiece, the MBT450 represents the next chapter in a rich history of rework systems for the industrial, aerospace, and "high-rel" market.

The MBT450-SDT features 4 independent power channels. The newly-engineered software and 4.5” Color Touch Screen display offer the operator an intuitive UI experience and can be customized to their liking and preferences.

As an added advantage to the MBT450, users can also watch full-color videos on their system, with sound. The unit comes standard with a Quick-Start Video to get you familiar with your station quickly, and allows Operators/Trainers to upload their own videos via a USB port.

    The MBT450 Rework System combines our renowned SensaTemp® heating technology, which boasts superior performance and versatility, with our new advanced AccuDrive® tip-heater cartridge capability for today’s most challenging soldering, rework and repair applications.

    With nearly 80% more power than previous designs, the system includes the TD-200 AccuDrive® Soldering Iron for precise temperature control and strong thermal performance on heavy circuit boards. It also features the MT-200 AccuDrive® MiniTweez® precision thermal tweezer for safe repair of small surface-mount components down to 0201 and 01005 sizes, even on densely packed assemblies. The system also comes with our SX-100 Sodr-X-Tractor®, PACE’s flagship desoldering handpiece.

    With its new full-color touch screen display, the MBT450 is designed to be intuitive with exceptional ease of use. All functions are controlled via the touch screen, which displays set and actual temperatures of all three channels, and comes with all the programmability and advanced technology you’ve come to expect from PACE.

    The NEW TF-Ultra is an industrial wattage (700 Watts), hot air rework handpiece with precise temperature and airflow control that gives 2M technicians additional capability to safely remove and replace BGA, CSP, QFN, chips and other surface-mounted components common on today’s CCA’s. The TF-Ultra is also exceptional for removing or softening various types of conformal coatings.
