MBT250 Systems to be Phased Out by 2025
As with the rest of the electronics industry, PACE is not immune to the supply chain issues affecting parts availability for legacy products. Because of this, the MBT250 has become increasingly difficult to manufacture, resulting in greatly increased costs to both consumers and PACE. Therefore, after 35 years of continuous production, PACE will begin phasing out the legendary MBT250 series of 3-Channel Soldering and Rework Systems. Parts availability and existing inventory will determine the specific date the unit is discontinued in 2025, but all applicable tips and accessories will continue to be offered on the PACE website and our global distribution network.
